Job Description Working as a key part of our small IT and Digital Services team, you will play a key role in the ongoing development, improvement and support of the regulator’s core digital and data platforms, focussing particularly on MS Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. You will design, configure and enhance digital solutions to support effective regulation, optimising business processes, improving internal ways of working and supporting better use of data across the organisation. You will work closely with Business Analysts and service owners to translate business needs into digital and data solutions and will work to promote good practice and continuous improvement. You will also provide dedicated system support and investigate any incidents, liaising with managed service providers and 3rd party suppliers as necessary. Person specification As the successful candidate, you will have hands-on experience of developing and configuring MS Dynamics 365 and of designing and managing SharePoint Online sites and integrations, alongside a good understanding of the wider MS 365 ecosystem. You should have experience of supporting live systems and resolving technical issues, alongside the ability to translate business requirements into practical digital and data solutions. You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical users. Alongside your salary of £48,990, Regulator of Social Housing contributes £14,192 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme. Most roles involve some travel within England between our offices, with some roles also involving onsite visits to social housing providers. The salary for this role is a spot salary within the given range, which will normally be the minimum of the range. There is no incremental progression through a pay scale.
