  "job_description": "Python Developer – SC - Contract 6M - Outside IR35\n\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Python Developer to join a high-performing team delivering modern applications and migrating legacy systems into scalable, web-based solutions.\n\nThis is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real-world, high-impact projects across multiple customer environments.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n• Building and maintaining Python-based back-end services (APIs, background tasks)\n• Developing web applications (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)\n• Supporting legacy system modernisation & data migrations\n• Working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)\n• Writing clean, testable code and contributing to CI/CD pipelines\n• Collaborating in a DevOps-driven, containerised (Docker) environment\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n• Strong Python development experience\n• Experience with REST APIs & web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask or Django)\n• Solid understanding of SQL & data handling\n• Familiarity with Git, Docker & Linux environments\n• A proactive, problem-solving mindset\n\nOpportunity to gain: Front-end exposure (React/Vue), testing (pytest), or experience modernising legacy systems",
