We serve the Promotional, Souvenir, and Retail markets with a focus on providing top-tier printed products.\n\nSummary\n\nAre you a recent graduate or junior professional looking to start your career in web development, digital marketing and creative design? We’re looking for a motivated Graduate / Junior Web Developer & Marketing Assistant to join our friendly and growing Marketing and Design team.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised and eager to learn, and who wants hands-on experience across websites, branding, marketing and product data in a real business environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nYou’ll be trained and supported to work across a variety of areas, including:\n\nWeb & Digital\n• Helping to build and update company and customer white label websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.\n• Creating and updating website content in line with our brand guidelines.\n• Supporting the day-to-day running of our websites.\n• Learning and applying Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices.\n• Assisting with UI/UX improvements.\n\nMarketing & Creative\n• Working with the Marketing and Design team to create adverts, e-flyers, brochures and website graphics.\n• Supporting product photography (Taking photos, editing, retouching and colour matching).\n• Helping with video content. (Beneficial but not essential).\n\nData & Admin\n• Entering and maintaining accurate product and marketing data.\n• Using Microsoft Excel to manage product information.\n• Assisting other teams with data and admin tasks when required.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe don’t expect you to know everything, we’re looking for the right attitude and a strong foundation.\n\nYou should have:\n• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress.\n• Awareness of JavaScript, Ecommerce principles are desirable but not essential.\n• Knowledge of editing Wordpress theme files and basic knowledge of PHP also desirable but not essential.\n• Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite, though not essential (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)\n• A creative eye and attention to detail.\n• Good organisation and time management skills.\n• A professional and friendly manner when speaking to outside parties by phone or email.\n• An interest in SEO, PPC, email marketing or social media would be a bonus, but is not essential.\n\nWhy Join Keramikos Group?\n\nYou’ll gain real-world experience working with established brands while being supported by a knowledgeable and friendly team.
