Mission: Job Summary We are looking for a curious and motivated Analytics Engineer Intern to help shape and enhance our enterprise analytics platform supporting HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and HSE functions. In this role, you will contribute end-to-end to analytics initiatives - from understanding business needs and designing semantic models in Microsoft Fabric to building impactful Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders. You will work within structured project frameworks while gaining hands-on exposure to real business challenges. This internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you will tackle diverse use cases, develop your technical and business acumen, and actively contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization. About the team You will join the Integration & Analytics team, a collaborative group of 7 professionals primarily based in Houston and Massy. Our mission is to modernize digital business solutions, simplify system integrations, and deliver high-value analytics and data insights that improve operational efficiency for internal stakeholders worldwide. Working across regions, we combine diverse expertise to drive innovation and deliver meaningful impact. The team fosters a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, where mutual support and curiosity are key to achieving collective success. Key Responsibilities • Collecting, organizing, and structuring field data and bibliographic information. • Building reliable and consistent data flows. • Analyzing and processing data using Microsoft Fabric. • Designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI. • Exploring complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights. • Collaborating with business teams to understand their needs and deliver relevant analyses. • Defining KPIs and monitoring business performance. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of data management and analytics processes. Qualifications Required: • BSc/MSc in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science (Data specialization), or Database Management. • Strong knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, Power Query, report development), advanced DAX, SQL, and relational databases. • Ability to consolidate and harmonize multi‑source data. • Ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data. • Strong interest in data structuring and modeling. • Understanding and awareness of data quality and data consistency issues. • Rigor and autonomy. • Strong analytical mindset. Preferred: • Very good level of knowledge on Snowflake or any other similar analytic platform could be interesting. • PySpark language skills Benefits • Compensation depends on your apprenticeship/internship contract. • Employee savings plans available (PEE - PERCOL). • Access to the company cafeteria at a subsidized rate. • Reimbursement of 50% of public transportation costs in Île‑de‑France (Navigo pass). • Access to company committee benefits (CSE advantages).
