  "job_description": "Mission:\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are looking for a curious and motivated Analytics Engineer Intern to help shape and enhance our enterprise analytics platform supporting HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and HSE functions.\n\nIn this role, you will contribute end-to-end to analytics initiatives - from understanding business needs and designing semantic models in Microsoft Fabric to building impactful Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders. You will work within structured project frameworks while gaining hands-on exposure to real business challenges.\n\nThis internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you will tackle diverse use cases, develop your technical and business acumen, and actively contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.\n\nAbout the team\n\nYou will join the Integration & Analytics team, a collaborative group of 7 professionals primarily based in Houston and Massy.\n\nOur mission is to modernize digital business solutions, simplify system integrations, and deliver high-value analytics and data insights that improve operational efficiency for internal stakeholders worldwide.\n\nWorking across regions, we combine diverse expertise to drive innovation and deliver meaningful impact. The team fosters a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, where mutual support and curiosity are key to achieving collective success.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Collecting, organizing, and structuring field data and bibliographic information.\n• Building reliable and consistent data flows.\n• Analyzing and processing data using Microsoft Fabric.\n• Designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI.\n• Exploring complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.\n• Collaborating with business teams to understand their needs and deliver relevant analyses.\n• Defining KPIs and monitoring business performance.\n• Contributing to the continuous improvement of data management and analytics processes.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n• BSc/MSc in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science (Data specialization), or Database Management.\n• Strong knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, Power Query, report development), advanced DAX, SQL, and relational databases.\n• Ability to consolidate and harmonize multi‑source data.\n• Ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data.\n• Strong interest in data structuring and modeling.\n• Understanding and awareness of data quality and data consistency issues.\n• Rigor and autonomy.\n• Strong analytical mindset.\n\nPreferred:\n• Very good level of knowledge on Snowflake or any other similar analytic platform could be interesting.\n• PySpark language skills\n\nBenefits\n• Compensation depends on your apprenticeship/internship contract.\n• Employee savings plans available (PEE - PERCOL).\n• Access to the company cafeteria at a subsidized rate.\n• Reimbursement of 50% of public transportation costs in Île‑de‑France (Navigo pass).\n• Access to company committee benefits (CSE advantages).\n\nAdditional Information\n• Starting date : From June 2026\n\nProfil recherché:\n\nWe see things differently.
