  "job_description": "Business Director - Marketing Science\n\nLondon\n\n£75,000-£85,000\n\nWe’re hiring: Business Director – Marketing Sciences (Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness)\n\nAre you a senior analytics leader who loves turning data into real business growth?\n\nWe’re looking for a Business Director to lead high-impact marketing effectiveness and analytics work, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping how data drives marketing decisions.\n\nThis is a leadership role for someone who’s part strategist, part data scientist, part trusted advisor.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n• Lead complex marketing effectiveness & measurement projects (e.g. MMM/econometrics, experimentation, forecasting)\n• Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted analytics advisor\n• Translate business challenges into data-led solutions and products\n• Shape new analytics offerings and push innovation in how marketing performance is measured\n• Support day-to-day media planning & optimisation with analytical insight\n• Lead and develop a team of analysts – technically and professionally\n• Embed a culture of testing, experimentation and learning\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n• Strong analytical background (stats, econometrics, maths, economics, science or similar)\n• Extensive experience in marketing analytics / consultancy / agency-side analytics\n• Proven track record delivering analytics projects that influence senior decision-makers\n• Expertise in 2+ of:\n• Econometrics / Marketing Mix Modelling\n• Forecasting\n• Machine learning for marketing\n• A/B & multivariate testing\n• Advanced survey analytics (segmentation, driver models, etc.)\n• R fluency is essential (R Shiny desirable)\n• Python / SQL / VBA / SPSS also a plus\n• Confident communicator who can simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences\n• Comfortable working independently and leading multiple workstreams\n\nWhy join?\n• Work on meaningful, high-impact marketing challenges\n• Help shape the future of analytics and effectiveness\n• Lead smart people and build innovative products\n• Be part of a culture that values growth, openness, creativity and development\n• Strong benefits, flexibility, and support for wellbeing\n\nInterested?\n\nDM me or apply\n\n#Hiring #MarketingAnalytics #DataScienceJobs #Econometrics #MarketingEffectiveness #LeadershipJobs #AnalyticsLeadership",
