Data sits at the core of how we build responsibly manage risk and continuously improve our products.\nABOUT THE TEAM\n\nOur Data teams sit at the intersection of Product Engineering Risk and Operations.\n\nWe work on high impact problems from improving customer journeys and optimising internal processes to building intelligent systems that support decision making at scale. We care about clean data thoughtful modelling and production ready solutions.\n\nAs a graduate youll work closely with experienced data scientists and engineers who will help you move from academic foundations to real world impact.\n\nWHAT YOULL BE DOING\n• Explore and analyse structured and unstructured datasets to uncover insights\n• Use SQL and Python to query clean and transform data\n• Support the development and evaluation of machine learning models applied to real business problems\n• Contribute to experimentation forecasting or classification projects\n• Assist in deploying and monitoring models in production environments\n• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate business challenges into structured data problems\n• Gradually take ownership of well scoped projects with measurable outcomes\n\nYoull learn how data moves from idea to implementation and how to build systems that are reliable scalable and impactful.\n\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR\n• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Statistics Economics or a related field\n• Strong foundations in statistics analytical thinking and problem solving\n• Experience using SQL and Python for data analysis or projects\n• Exposure to machine learning concepts or data modelling through coursework research or internships\n• Curiosity about how data systems are built scaled and maintained\n• Structured thinking and attention to detail\n• Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams\n\nThis programme is designed to turn strong foundations into real impact.\n\nWe believe its our teams varied identities and backgrounds that make us sharper and stronger.
