  "job_description": "My client is a leading tech-driven prop trading firm, trading their own capital across a broad range of asset classes, instruments and strategies in markets worldwide. They are looking for exceptional backend software developers to join their Compliance group, providing technology solutions that underpin the firm's regulatory reporting and trade surveillance requirements.\n\nDevelopers here have large amounts of ownership and autonomy in decision-making, and are always looking for the very best tool to solve each individual problem.
