Our mission focuses on improving building performance and contributing to a more sustainable future for both our customers and the environment.\n\nRole Description\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer for a full-time hybrid role based in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\nThe role involves understanding the business and its challenges, designing solutions and providing functionality to address identified use cases as well as providing suitable documentation.\n\nThere may be occasions when the candidate will need to work outside of regular business hours to support solution go-live activities or to address critical incidents. This may include performing system upgrades, testing and deploying new features or resolving production issues. As such, flexibility in working hours and a willingness to work occasionally out of hours is essential for this role.\n\nIdeally, the candidate will be highly numerate and have a strong background experience of Power Platform, building both Model Driven and Canvas Apps, have experience of building Flows in Power Automate, and experience of accessing data in Dataverse.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• In house design and development of Power Platform Solutions\n• Supporting junior developer(s)\n• Documentation of new and existing solutions\n\nEducation and Experience:\n• Minimum of 3 years IT experience with Power Platform, having hands on experience utilising PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online.\n• Copilot Studio experience advantageous but not essential.\n• Solid working knowledge of Project processes.\n• Strong written and verbal communications skills, at all levels with both the business and IT teams\n• Business systems analysis and support experience.\n• Experience with Power Platform solutions with multiple integrations, such as APIs, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Azure.\n• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.\n• Solid understanding of Power App development best practices.\n• Experience deploying Power App solutions using CI/CD pipelines\n• Experience implementing access controls and governance policies\n• Demonstrable passion for technology and a proven track record in power platform.\n• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. l and communication skills.",
