  "job_description": "**Tasks**:\nYour daily responsibilities in the Editorial Research Intelligence department will be comprised of two components: research, including content database management, and editorial work - as detailed below:\n• *Research & content management tasks**:\n\n- Conducting desktop research using secondary data sources on various industry topics with a focus on Israel\n- Creating online statistical content covering the leading industries on the Israeli market\n- Building an understanding of valid data sources and potential data partners in the country\n- Active generation of research topics for the database development, in close communication with the team lead and fellow editors in the team\n- Managing the SEO-optimized web content via Statista’s own Content Management System (CMS), in accordance with departments’ goals, monitoring usage and keeping the database up to date\n• *Editorial tasks**:\n\n- Creating and maintaining a host of editorial products, including individual statistics, dossiers (Statista-specific reports), as well as topic, industry and landing pages\n• *Requirements**:\n\n- Successful completion of undergraduate studies\n- Exceptional written and spoken English skills; editorial experience in English is a plus (please send us a cover letter in English)\n- Good reading comprehension in Hebrew\n- General knowledge of the Israeli market including past, current, and future industry trends.\n- Ability to describe complicated data in a concise and comprehensible manner\n- Structured, organized, and independent working style with attention to quality, detail, and accuracy\n• *The team**:\n• *Image 1 or video**:\n• *About us**:\nAt Statista, we’re all about facts and data, that's why we are the world's leading business data platform.\nBy providing reliable and easy-to-use data as well as various data analytics products and services, we empower people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.\n\nFounded in Hamburg in 2007, we have quickly grown into a global company with offices in major cities such as London, New York and Tokyo.
