  "job_description": "AI Research & Innovation – Generative AI ML Architect\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other modern technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable models, deploying them in production, and driving innovation across multiple industry verticals.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Design and implement AI/ML solutions for complex business problems across domains such as Banking, Finance, Telecom, Retail, and Technology\n• Develop and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch\n• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows using Python, Spark, PySpark, and GCP services\n• Deploy and monitor models on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), with hands-on experience in Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Composer\n• Transform prototypes into robust, production-ready AI solutions\n• Implement CI/CD principles for MLOps, ensuring seamless integration and deployment\n• Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes\n• Apply advanced statistical analysis, text mining, and machine log processing techniques\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals\n\nQualifications, Skills and Competencies\n\nEducation and Experience\n• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field\n• 8 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, consulting, or related domains\n\nTechnical and Functional Skills\n• AI/ML Development: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark ML\n• Programming: Python (expert), R (working knowledge), Spark\n• Data Handling: Pandas, NumPy, PySpark\n• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI/ML services); AWS or Azure experience is a plus\n• MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring\n• Statistical Analysis: Strong foundation in statistics and data-driven decision-making\n• Domain Knowledge: Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning\n\nCore Competencies\n• Strong communication and presentation skills\n• Analytical mindset with a client-first approach\n• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities\n• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment\n\nAbout HCLTech\n\nHCLTech is a global technology company with over 227,000 employees across 60 countries, delivering capabilities in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI.
