  "job_description": "Microsoft AI Business Solutions: Senior AI Business Solutions Consultant\n\nGlasgow/UK wide (Remote/Hybrid)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe're looking for exceptional Senior Business Solutions Consultants who can bridge business needs with cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll design and build AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform, translate complex business problems into innovative AI solutions.\n\nThis role combines strategic business analysis with hands-on development. You'll identify AI opportunities, design user experiences, build agents and AI applications, and guide clients through adoption. If you understand the value in using AI to solve complex business problems and want to be part of repositioning how we as Microsoft Partners best deliver for our clients, this may be the team for you.\n\nRequired Technical Expertise\n• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (mandatory certification)\n• Copilot Studio agent design and development\n• Power Platform 5+ years experience\n• Azure AI Foundry capabilities and experience\n\nKey responsibilities\n• Lead business analysis and user research, including senior stakeholder workshops, developing thorough understanding of client needs and translating them into clear requirements\n• Design and build AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio and Power Platform\n• Manage SME relationships and engagement, coordinating subject matter experts throughout delivery\n• Execute solution testing to ensure agent performance and conformance to requirements\n• Execute UX design and user experience activities for AI solutions\n• Support project training delivery and user adoption activities\n• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, building team capability in AI application and agent delivery\n\nPerformance Measures:\n• Microsoft certifications achievement and maintenance\n• Solution and delivery quality scores\n• Client feedback ratings\n• Leadership feedback and peer assessments\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDesign and Build AI Agents and Applications\n• Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry: personalities, contexts, instructions, and workflows\n• Develop AI applications and low-code automations using Power Platform\n• Execute solution testing to ensure solution performance and quality\n• Conduct and receive peer reviews of all low code development\n\nIdentify Opportunities and Solve Problems\n• Lead business analysis and user research, developing deep understanding of client needs\n• Identify AI use cases and assess value opportunities where agentic solutions can solve business problems\n• Design user journeys mapping end-to-end experiences with solution touchpoints\n\nDeliver and Enable\n• Manage SME relationships and coordinate subject matter experts throughout delivery\n• Execute UX design for AI solutions\n• Lead training delivery and user adoption activities\n\nLead and Mentor\n• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants\n• Build team capability in agent design and Microsoft technology stack development\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRequired Expertise\n• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (mandatory certification)\n• Copilot Studio agent design and development experience\n• Power Platform 5+ years experience\n• Azure AI Foundry familiarity\n\nBusiness & Communication\n• Translating business problems into AI solutions\n• User research and requirements elicitation\n• Change management and user adoption skills\n• Communication and articulation of complex concepts\n\nMindset\n• Start-up energy: building the best solutions to deliver the most value for our clients\n• Leadership and mentorship capabilities, to build the skills of those around you\n• Passion for AI, continuous learning and repositioning the role of Microsoft consultancy\n\nTo be considered please apply today.",
