  "job_description": "As a UX Designer with Neofonie you will\n• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to establish and refine product goals and establish a UX strategy\n• Conduct user research, evaluate learnings within a user centered methodology and generate relevant documentation (personas, user journey maps...)\n• Carry out market studies to inform the teams decisions\n• Define product specifications for web, mobile and app based products (concept documents, wireframes, flow maps, sitemap)\n• Consolidate and manage stakeholder feedback to sculpt the product\n• Validate design decisions with real users via on- and offsite usability tests\n• Facilitate communication in an interdisciplinary and agile team\n• Document and present your work in engaging ways\n\nA bonus if you can\n• Communicate your ideas visually\n• Create interactive product designs prototypes\n• Design UI animations and micro interaction\n\nYou should\n• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience defining, designing and shipping mobile and rich web applications\n• Show work which exemplifies your knowledge of touchpoint specific best practices, innovative ideas and attention to detail.\n• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline\n• Be a confident communicator and take pride in establishing cohesion between stakeholders\n• Strive for excellence in planning, analyzing and defining product directions\n• Be able to communicate fluently in English (German is also beneficial)\n\nWhat we offer\n• Room for creative solutions and interesting projects for well-known clients\n• An environment of trust and realistic professional development\n• A healthy work / life balance with flexible hours\n• Great colleagues and a flat hierarchy\n#J-18808-Ljbffr\n\nSalary: EUR 36000 - 60000 per year",
