Present in 14 countries now, Veepee is taking a leading role in the European digital commerce landscape.As a Senior Data Scientist at Adot, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Analysts totaling 8 people occupying a central place in the company.Your mission will be to develop, deploy, and maintain our suite of algorithms and pipelines used for a wide range of online advertising purposes, such as multi-label classification, user knowledge, and automatic real-time bidding, all in a very challenging Big Data environment in terms of volume (10TB/day) and latency\n\nTASKS\n• Assume responsibility for Adot's Data Science projects in all aspects from problem definition to implementation and maintenance;\n• Train, version and deploy ML/DL models in a cloud or in-house environment;\n• Write production-ready code and ensure the quality of code put into production through code reviews;\n• Develop and maintain algorithms currently in production, as well as data pipelines to make data available to other teams;\n• Maintain a technology watch to stay at the forefront of trends;\n• Contribute to the life of the team and the company: become a privileged contact for operational teams to respond to business issues;\n• Provide mentoring to more junior team members.\n\nOur current stack:\n• Data pipelines: Spark, Scala, Python, Airflow, Trino, Dbt, Kafka;\n• Dataviz: Tableau;\n• Cloud: AWS;\n• Machine learning: Python, PyTorch, SparkML .
