  "job_description": "**Team Description**\n\nThe Computer Vision team lies at the heart of our mission to deliver precise and high-quality tracking data for sports. We leverage advanced Deep Learning and state-of-the-art Computer Vision techniques to extract the location, movements, and identity of every player and the ball directly from broadcast video.\n\nAmerican football presents unique computer vision challenges, such as tracking fast-moving players while handling occlusions. Your work will directly contribute to solving these problems.\n• *Role**\n\nWe are currently recruiting a Junior Computer Vision Scientist to join the American Football Computer Vision team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge algorithms alongside a more experienced team member. As a junior team member, you are expected to have first experience in deep learning applied to Computer Vision (internship, permanent contract, personal project…), with a demonstrated interest in the underlying mechanisms of neural networks and prior hands-on experience in training them. Your rigor, curiosity and eagerness to grow will be strong assets for this position.\n• *You will work with tools like PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, etc.) to develop detection, tracking, and recognition algorithms.**\n\nThis position offers a rare balance between advanced R&D and real-world application. You’ll have the freedom to explore and develop innovative solutions, knowing that your work will quickly transition from research to production, directly impacting sports teams and organizations worldwide.**Preferred experience**\n\n- Graduate degree/PhD in engineering, computer science, mathematics or related field.\n- Comfortable with Python usage in machine learning, deep learning and/or computer vision.\n- A first experience in computer vision, specifically involving deep learning, data manipulation and visualization.\n- Excellent communication skills in English and in French\n- Interest in solving real-world problems: you love connecting and tweaking things to solve hard problems.\n- Great interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.\n- **Knowledge of or interest in American football is a definite plus**- Phone Interview : 20/30min\n- Technical interview : 1h\n- Technical Test\n- Culture fit interview : 1h",
