Senior Machine Learning Engineer We’re hiring a Senior or Staff ML Research Engineer to join a high growth AI company building advanced proprietary language models that power real world products at scale. A large proportion of platform traffic runs through internally developed models, making this team central to company performance. This is applied, product focused AI research rather than an academic lab environment. This role is London based and primarily office led. &##Contribute to evaluation frameworks and model deployment pipelines 5 to 7+ years in AI / ML engineering or applied research • Experience working with large open source language models such as Llama • Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to write clean, production ready ML code • Experience generating, curating or synthesising training data • The core focus is text based language models. • This role will suit someone motivated by improving product performance rather than pursuing purely academic research. &##Private medical, dental and vision cover • Take what you need holiday policy • Daily meals provided in office
