  "job_description": "AI | Machine Learning Engineer – Agentic LLM Systems (Contract)\n\nWe’re working with a leading tech organisation building agentic AI systems – LLMs that can plan, reason, call tools, and write/execute code. We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help design and scale these systems into production.\n\nYou will:\n• Design and build tools, workflows, and infrastructure for agentic LLM systems\n• Work with researchers to diagnose and fix failures in agent-generated code\n• Develop frameworks for tool-calling, multi-step planning, and orchestration\n• Build and run experiments to improve reliability, latency, and success rates\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n• 4+ years’ experience in ML/AI (LLMs, recommender systems, optimisation, or similar)\n• Proven hands-on work with LLM agents / tool-using models / orchestrated workflows\n• Strong Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow\n• Comfortable debugging complex, distributed ML systems\n• Experience running and analysing large-scale ML experiments\n• Master’s (or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field\n\nContract Details:\n• £400 - £450 Per Day (Outside IR35)\n• 6 Months Initial Contract | + Extensions\n• Hybrid | London\n\nPlease apply for immediate consideration.",
