Wherever your talents lie, from Design to Consumer Planning, you'll be celebrated and supported in our inclusive culture.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nAs part of the Diageo Global Innovation team, you will join the Packaging Innovation Team based at our Bishop's Stortford Innovation R&D Centre, playing a contributory role in shaping the future of packaging across our global brand portfolio.\nIn this role, you will oversee the 3D printing and prototyping facilities.\n\nOperating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and collaborating with a cross-functional team of marketers, engineers, sensory specialists, and liquid developers to bring ideas to life.\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of packaging innovation, transforming cutting-edge technologies into tangible prototypes and live concepts for Diageo's internationally recognised brands.\n\nYour work will directly contribute to the development of next-generation packaging solutions and the future direction of our product portfolio.\nRole Responsibilities\n\nConcept generation for (and sometime as a result of) ideation sessions within the Innovation team.\nSupport innovation teams on development and visualisations of early-stage concepts.\n3D modelling and rendering to visualise concepts.\nManagement of the in-house 3D printers and prototyping suite (All training provided)\nProduction of pack designs using the Adobe Suite\nPrototyping from ideation to high fidelity 3D printed labelled models\nWorking on both fast pace and long-term projects with cross functional teams.\n\nExperience / Skills Required\n\nA working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.\nAn understanding of 3D modelling software. (Preferably Solidworks)\nProficiency in 3D rendering software.(Preferably Keyshot)\nGood freehand sketching skills.\nAn understanding of prototype model making and finishing to a high standard.\nAn understanding of manufacturing capabilities and limitations.\n\nThe succesful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to manage their own work and time to meet deadlines.\nFlexible Working Statement\n\nFlexibility is key to our success.
